Egg muffins recipe – with Kim

Pre heat your oven to 200 degrees and bake your muffins for 20 minutes.

Shopping list/ingredients:
1 red pepper
2 chopped mushrooms
A handful of spinach
1/2 a chopped onion
4 eggs (to make 4 muffins)
Olive oil spray
