Kim’s kitchen – fish and chips!

Make a healthy change to your favourite Friday night takeaway! Here is a British classic made into something you can enjoy anytime and 100% guilt-free. This meal takes around 30-40 minutes to cook and tastes amazing!

Here’s the breakdown:

NOTE: Pre heat your oven to 200 degrees and cook your chips for 10-15 minutes before putting in the fish for 20 minutes.

Shopping List/Ingredients:

1-2 white potatos
1-2 cod fillets
1/2 a lemon
1-2 egg whites
Frozen peas
Greek yoghurt
A dusting of flour
Flavoured breadcrumbs (make your own- by blending wholemeal bread with lots of seasoning!)
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil spray
