Looking for a healthy cookie recipe? Or for something to treat your Mum to this Mother’s Day? Our Ambassador Kim shares with us her recipe for a Giant Protein Cookie!
-100g oat flour
-2 egg whites
-60g of raisins
-1 scoop of chocolate protein
-2 teaspoons of cocoa powder
-1 tablespoon of peanut butter
-Half a banana
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1/2 a teaspoon of baking powder
1. Add all ingredients into a bowl
2. Mix together until a gooey (but not runny) consistency, adding water if needed
3. Roll out into a big circle shape, around 1/2cm thick
4. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 15minutes
Enjoy this recipe as a large giant cookie, or make lots of smaller cookies as a healthy snack. Play around with the ingredients and add your preferred fillings!
