Cooking with Kim – Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Perfect high protein, quick and tasty breakfast! These can also be made in batches and taken to work with you! Who knew you could have such tasty food which is completely guilt-free?
Chocolate Protein Pancakes:
-1/2 Scoop Deluxe Nutrition Chocolate Protein
-40g Oats
-2 Egg Whites
-1/2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
-1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
-Splash of Almond Milk
-Coconut Oil to Fry
Blend all ingredients and fry in coconut oil on a medium heat. Brown off both sides and then enjoy!
Served with honey, mixed berries and Total Fat Free Greek yogurt.
