Cooking with Mr Grey – Marshmallow Fluff

Ingredients

  • 100g Egg White
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Deluxe Micellar Casein
  • Water
  • Cinnamon/Sweetener (optional)

Method

Mix 100g egg whites with 2 Scoops Vanilla Casein in a bowl

Steadily add water until the consistency is sightly runny off the spoon

Microwave for 60 Seconds take out and Stir

Put in for additional 60 seconds and stir further creating a fluffy texture.

If needed cook for another 60 seconds

Add Sweetener or Cinnamon to taste
