A Camden based Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu champion has been given a boost ahead of the World Trials this weekend, after securing a new sponsor.
Wayne Johnson, 32, who is a Fire Fighter with London Fire Brigade, already has a whole host of British based titles under his belt in the sport, but he is aiming to go one better when he heads to Birmingham on Saturday 15th February to compete in the World Professional Jiu Jitsu Trials. If Wayne gets through qualification he will head to Dubai in April to represent Great Britain.
Wayne has received a pre competition boost this week, as one of the UK’s leading nutrition and supplements companies has come on board as a sponsor, signing up Wayne to be part of its Ambassador programme.
