High Intensity Cycling Workout #1

Here we will list a series of high intensity cycling workouts. This is the first out of 4. Make sure you don’t try them all at once! Just follow these steps:

  1. Perform a three-minute warm-up at 65% maximum heart rate.
  2. Explode hard and fast for twenty seconds, recover for ten seconds and repeat for eight rounds.
  3. Perform a three-minute cool down at a comfortable pace.
